About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist with an interest and experience in working with relational issues, anxiety and the effects of long-term illnesses, in particular Type One Diabetes.
I conducted my training in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at London’s Regents University, and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means I abide by their code of ethics.
I currently work as a psychotherapist within the NHS, speaking with a range of adult patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, past trauma or relationship issues. I also work in a University, offering students short term therapy. Previous to this I have experience in the charity sector.
I run a private practice based in Surbiton that offers psychotherapy and counselling to individuals seeking help through video or telephone sessions.
Prior to my psychotherapeutic training and qualifications, I worked in the journalism industry, therefore I empathise and have an understanding of the busy, competitive and demanding nature the media world entails.
