Initial Consultation

If you are considering therapy, please contact me for an initial consultation.

This initial 50 minute meeting carries no obligation on your part. It is an opportunity for us to meet, explore the possibility of working together and for you to have a feel of how I work.

We will explore what brought you to therapy and what expectations you may have. 

I will also let you know about my policy on confidentiality, fees, cancellations and appointment times.

Initial Consultation Fee - £40 
 

Sessions

I offer short term, long term and open ended therapy.

Once we agree to work together, we will meet weekly for 50 minutes at the same day and time.

Face-to-face

I offer face to face sessions in Surbiton at

Therapy Spaces, St James' Road

Video

I offer online video therapy via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime.

Telephone

If you feel face-to-face or video may be too daunting, one option would be by telephone.
